Government Relations Associate:
Join the team at Citizens Campaign for the Environment and be our representative in Albany that works to advance important policies and actions that will protect our environment and public health! The Government Relations Associate will support CCE’s advocacy efforts, primarily in Albany, by assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to engage with government officials, agencies, and stakeholders. This role requires strong research, communication, writing and organizational skills to effectively promote the organization's agenda and enhance its visibility within the legislative and regulatory landscape.

Campaign Staff:
Citizens Campaign for the Environment (CCE) is now hiring for full time, entry level campaign staff in our Farmingdale, NY office, and part-time phone staff in Farmingdale as well. CCE’s grassroots campaign staff educates and activates citizens and empowers the public to have a stronger voice in the development of public policies and legislative agendas.

Working for CCE offers excellent opportunities for qualified, activist minded candidates interested in advocating for meaningful environmental change. Since 1985, CCE campaign staffers have gained valuable non-profit, advocacy, and campaign experience. Members of our community outreach team will have the opportunity to work in a uniquely upbeat and professional environment while gaining continuous training in environmental and political issues.

CCE is looking for upbeat, personable, outspoken, articulate individuals to join our grassroots campaign staff to affect change on key environmental and public health issues. Previous campaign or fundraising experience is a plus; however, being motivated and passionate about environmental issues is just as important.
